Hello,
Looking for a quote on tiling our main bathroom. Only looking for tile to be installed not grouting etc... just need to save some time and stay within budget. Bathroom floor is 9' x 8' - out of that is the shower (walk in) which is 3' x 5' pebble flooring and the walls up to 8' to be tiled too.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Looking to redo the backsplash for my kitchen.
I will need removal of old tiles and disposing, drywalling, and installing new tiles.
Tiling area is about 61 sq ft.
I have not chosen my tiles yet, but am leaning towards ceramic subway tiles.
I will have my counters installed in August 5th, and would like to have the backsplash done shortly after.
Our washing machine had a leak (now fixed!) and some water got under the tiles in our laundry room causing a few of them to lift up a bit and there is now some cracking in the grout and clicking sounds when we walk on them. The tiles themselves are not cracked.
We would like to have these tiles lifted up and replaced again (using the same tile as that's what goes through most of our house). There are 6-8 tiles that are affected.
We are looking for quotes to install 350 SF of porcelain tile. We have the tiles on site. We will need the installer to provide 4 bags grey flex bond mortar, premium plus thin set white, 5 units, 200 sf ditra, #180 sandstone sanded grout, 2 units, surface guard sealer, 1 unit. We need the cost of labour and cost of materials.
Thank you.
John
Install tile for the kitchen back splash.
No existing back splash in place.
Tile's SIZE IS 3" x12" job calculated out to be about 25 square feet of surface area.
We have already purchased the tile, 33 square feet in total.
We would like to have the job done on a Friday and Saturday if possible.
Thanks
WE have purchased the brick and porcelain tile that we wish to use, we want to create a fake fireplace wall with brick on bottom of mantel and porcelain tile on the top, we were going to try ourselves but are now not comfortable withit. it is 9 ft high and 5 to 6 ft wide another reason we need a professional to help us. This is a townhouse and we own it
We pulled off the old backsplash and now the wall is bare with a bit of debris. The area is about 30 sq ft. We already purchased the tiles and need a professional to do the tiling. Please let us know your best price and availability. And for the wall to be ready for tiling, what condition should it be in.
Thank you.
We're going to try to do our own tiling, but floor leveling is unknown to us. Kitchen will be completely gutted of cabinets, but still with OSB/particle board and squeeky sub-floor. We need someone to rip out the OSB, reinforce the subfloor and prep/level the floor for tiling.
I just bought an appartment in Langley. The home inspector found moister behind the tiles in the shower stall mainly in the lower half of the shower, probably caused by grout not properly sealed. His suggestion, remove the tiles and wall behind.
I take possession on Jun 9 and would like it done before the end of June.
3 year old town house. Master bedroom shower tile wasn't sealed perfectly when initially constructed. Noticed a bit of black color behind silicon along bottom of tile/shower bottom. Removed silicon myself to clean it and reseal. On one side only the grout along the bottom of the tiles was cracked and loose. That is getting a little beyond my expertise. I want the tile grout at the bottom repaired, sealed up properly, and I want to make sure that no mold has gotten in behind the tiles that will be a problem later on.
We have tile floors over cement floors with hot water heating beneath. We want to replace the existing tile with new porcelain tile which we now have. We are redoing the shower stall in the ensuite bathroom and want to do some tiling there as well. We own
this one level town home & have a few smaller jobs to do, such as putting crown molding in the smaller bathroom & putting a counter over the washer & dryer.
Our main concern is getting the new floors put down so that we can have the new shower doors installed.
Hello,
I am looking for someone to do some tile work for two or three bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash. Two bathrooms require a tub surround with 12x24 tiles. Then Two bathrooms require tile work on the floor with the same size tiles and are around 60sq feet. Please let me know what the easiest way to obtain a quote would be and I am happy to have someone out to take a look at the project for a better estimate. Thanks
-Bathtub surround approx. 75 sqft: installation of 4" x11" subway tiles with mosaic accent tile.
-Bathroom floor approx 20 sqft: installation of 1' x 2' tiles.
I already have the tile, thinset and grout and will have all surfaces prepped and ready for tiling.
We are looking for someone to come around March 23/24.
Hello. I have a fairly small project but it is big enough that I can't find the time to do it myself lol. I want to install my backsplash in my kitchen. It is not a huge area. I have already purchased my tile (it is the small sheet tile...tiny tiles on ones sheet if that makes sense) I have also got the grout and everything else needed to install it. I just need someone to install now. I am also wanting a quote for around my gas fireplace. I want it to match my kitchen. If someone could please contact me so that I can get a quote I would be very happy.
Thanks so much.
Colleen
We own a condo in Langley bc and want to remove the tub in our on-suite and replace it with a walk-in shower with glass barn door. No tiles. We would consider renovating the entire bathroom depending on cost. We have already obtained permission from the strata board. Entire bathroom is 5ft by 9ft, tub area is about 5ft by 32 inches. A licensed plumber is required for the plumbing work. Our problem is finding a contractor.
