Hi!
We are looking to install tiling or laminate flooring in our kitchen and bathrooms within our condo. Kitchen is about 8x8 ft not including the little nook for a standard sized fridge and dish washer.
We will also need to install a small backsplash behind our stove. The size area for the backsplash is about 2.5x2 ft.
We'll also need regrouting done in both bathrooms. Ensuite bathroom is about 7.5x7.5 ft with the shower stall being about 3x4 ft. Main bathroom is about 9x5 feet with the tub being about 2.5x5 ft.
We will need to paint walls/ceilings/doors in all areas.
All areas are standard condo height. Total area is about 1000 sq ft.
We haven't chosen any tiling or laminate materials yet but hopefully you can help with that.
Please help!
We have a 9 foot x 20 foot 4 inch laminate floor in our living room that we would like to have replaced with tile. I have leave between June 29th through to July 5th and it would be easiest if the tiling could done in that time frame. If not then we can discuss a time that meets both our needs. In addition, the the tiling, the old laminate needs to be removed and disposed of.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Hello, I have a small 4' square area above my stove that needs some old tiles removed and some new ones installed. I have the necessary tiles, but not the knowledge or skill to properly install them and make it look good. My home is located in Surrey and the home itself is roughly 5yr old, I understand it's a minor project but I would appreciate any quotes or help finishing this little project and getting my kitchen back together.
Thank You

I currently have ceramic tile in the kitchen between my countertop and cupboards. Approx. 14" high on one wall, and 6" high on the other wall. Both wall lengths are approx. 8'. I am happy to do any prep. needed. Not sure if drywall will be ruined with removal of old tile which is glued down. I do have pics, not with me at the moment. I can email them if you like, or will try to add to this later.
I want to put in small glass tiles, 1" square, I believe they come in a sheet. I can purchase. thanks
I'm remodeling my shower (and rest of home) and have run into a time crunch. Looking for contractor to remove and replace existing shower stall tile floor. Floor aprox 32x36, not square. Not married to tile, materials negotiable. Currently all walls removed from shower interior.
Hello,
We have recently purchased a condo in South Surrey and done a few small renos. We would like to have our fireplace surround tiled as well as our back splash. The fireplace has about 15 tiles and the back splash is about 30 sq ft. The fireplace will be done in travertine tile and the back splash in a 3x12 large subway tile. If you are interested in the job, please send me approximate pricing.
Thank you!
Jodie
I'm currently looking for quotes to have my laundry room and bathroom tiled. The laundry room is approximately 70 sq/ft and the bathroom floor 30 sq/ft. I'd also like to have the walls of the shower tiled and that's another 65 sq/ft. All the tiles have been purchased. The rooms are both part of the basement that we are finishing, so there is no previous flooring etc. If you would be able to provide a quote, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Tiler needed now for basement reno project. Quality contractor has prepared site which comprises kitchen, bathroom & laundry room floor tile (porcelain) and shower wall tile installation with Kerdie corner strips.
Floor tile (330 sq ft) & bathroom wall tile (150 sq ft) installation.
Hi,
I need a tile installer to install 20" X 20" porcelain tiles on approx 520 sq ft area (Kitchen\Entrance hall way). I had cleaned the floor and going to install 3/8 plywood underlayment on a 3/4 plywood subfloor. I may put heat wires on top of it to warm up the floor during winters.
I am inquiring about the total cost it would be to install high definition porcelain tile in my home. The tiles are bengal sierra and they are square and rectangle in shape, the square is 12x12 whereas the rectangle is 24x12. The installation is no more than 600sq ft, the areas tiled would be hallway, entrance, galley kitchen, dining & bathroom.
Obviously I would provide the tiles, but that is it. I dont have a particular pattern, the pattern would be "discombobulated" -- however I do want to use more squares than rectangles as they are cheaper than the rectangles.
We need tiling done in our laundry room, downstairs bathroom, kitchen and front entryway floors, as well as the backsplash done in our kitchen. Tile has already been purchased and is on site. Old lino has been removed from the concrete slab, and floor has been patched where needed. We have allowed for generous measurements when measuring the floor, to allow for us to have tile baseboard done in the kitchen and front entryway only. 10% wastage was also included. there will be a fair amount of tile cutting involved, but not a huge amount. Price should include cost of mastic, grout, and trim for backsplash.
Kitchen floor: 180 sq ft. Tile
Bathroom floor: 50 sq ft tile
Bathroom: tile 24 sq ft wall behind toilet. The toilet is removed and new one being installed later.
Tile small wall around sink vanity: 39 inch high x 110 inch wide
Also, need tub removed, which means existing tile needs removed and new installed.
I have all new tile and am ready to go asap.
22 yr old home and suite is totally empty.
We are renovating a bathroom in an office space. We are needing approx. 52 sqft of floor tile (Ceramic Tiles) and approx. 98 sqft of wall tile (Ceramic 4x16 Tiles) set in the bathroom. We have all the materials (tile, thin set, tile adhesive, grout, grout sealer, spacers) and the demo has already been done, all the fixtures removed, and new drywall installed. The toilet and sink will be installed by the plumber we have been working with. The quote I am looking for is what it will cost to just lay the tiles with the prep work already having been done.
We need our front entrance tiles removed and replaced (includes into main entrance bathroom and laundry room) totaling approximately 400sqfeet
We also need soffit replaced above garage. Small part has been pushed up probably by an animal.
We would also like to replace our kitchen counters.
- about 5'1x2'3 with wooden counter for an island
- about a big "U" shaped counter of total 25 feet length in total with a black coloured quartz
