PERFECT WORK, PERFECT IDEAS , PUNCTUAL. I have hired Julian for my bathroom renovation and tile flooring in kitchen. I have no complaints , no concerns about his work. He is perfect, gives you good advise, finishing is perfect. The only concerns is he is always worried about his payment. I never delayed or never said no for payment. And more make sure you clarified whole work with him twice may be in writing. It happened with me couple of times. He asked me on Thursday, to pay him some on Friday, I said yes sure tomorrow Friday morning I will go to bank and get you payment. He came to work on Friday morning at 7.30 am and asked me if I go to bank, I said which bank opens 7.30 am? As soon as bank opens i will get money and pay, which I did , I pay him at 9.45am. about the work, when he came for estimate I have asked him to do couple of things and then he sent me estimate, I thought whatever I have told him he already added and calculated in his estimate. when it was a time to do that work , he said I did not count this, I did not count that. And I end up paying more than decided. On last day he missed something to do , which he finished after we remind him. The small portion in the kitchen was left without baseboard. when he put baseboard , he did not finish completely, I still paid him whole amount by thinking he will come back to fix that small part. he said to me he will come when he get a chance. I am still waiting for him to come back. So Please make sure you clarified everything with him twice about your project other than that he is perfect.
I have been calling for a month. It took a month for them to come here and still he did not fix it. Instead he is blaming on us that we by mistake spoil it, when he left everything was okay. But truth is different. He always says he is a nice guy. it is very easy to say I am nice. You are really nice when somebody else says. He never admits his own mistake. Always thinks about his own money. If you are really nice than you should think about the customer also. I am changing my mind. and do not recommend this company for any work. Please be carefull with this people.
