Dan and his team did a great job, they were fast, always left the area cleaned and safe at the end of each day and it looks great!

Big thanks to Dan and his team for the great work they did on my windows and carpet. The work was done within the agreed upon time frame and done by courteous and respectful people. The work site was left in great condition and touch-ups were done promptly. I look forward to our next project!!

We hired Dan to complete a basement renovation on a tight deadline. He and his crew came through for us. Easy to work with, good communication… overall, very happy with our decision.

We decided to give our back yard a complete makeover about 2013. We contacted Dan at Enchant Management and he came to meet with us to help us with our design of our dream back yard. We had no real idea of what we wanted except that we wanted a covered area. Dan was very professional as a good contractor should be, he ask many questions that my wife and I really did not even consider. Dan came with his team members to view the project many times before he put pen to a contract. This put our mind at ease as some contractors that we contacted were too quick to tell us what we did not want because they did not listen to us. They were also too quick with guessing the price without even taking the time to find material costs etc. Dan explained that we had a unique back yard and some of the design had to be confirmed along the way, (call this a design build). We encountered some small hiccups along the way as to be expected but I was always able to contact Dan to discuss any issues as they arise. The project seemed to take a long time to complete, but winter came early in 2013 and Dan stopped working in late October because it was too cold. He restarted in May of 2014 and was completed by August. All my friends and neighbours were speechless when they saw our back yard for the first time. My kids call it the "Earl's Patio." Now when we get home from a long day at work we just have to walk out our back door to this amazing oasis and pour a glass of wine and forget the day. All and all Dan and his professional team built us the dream back yard that we never expected we could have! Thank You Dan and all the team at Enchant Management.

I had a shower upstairs leak badly into my finished basement. Enchant removed all of the debris, moved & protected my furniture, removed flooring,ceilings & walls and provided mould remediation and foundation repair. They were friendly, respectful to my property and worked quickly at a fair price. They were very knowledgeable regarding their trade. We will be rebuilding my basement in the spring. I highly recommend Enchant Management to anyone that needs their services.

Dan and his team built a deck, 10 feet off the ground for a walk out condo that I own. His team was fast and efficient. They did the work that I asked for and more. This is the second project that they have to done for me and I will certainly keep using them and referring them to my friends and clients.

We were very satisfied with the re build that was done to our basement. they did a great job and were right on budget through-out the project. the quality was excellent and they met all our expectations

This was a complex bathroom renovation due to a bad job being done by previous owners. All of the workers were quite particular in wanting their work to be excellent and the end result demonstrates their attention to detail. Dan and his team did a masterful job and we are very pleased with the results.

Dan came highly recommended by our realtor and we were extremely satisfied with professionalism, his crew, and the finished product. I have worked with many contractors over the years both personally and professionally and Dan is one of the best. He, Jay, John, Jody and he rest of his crew were a pleasure to work with although we started the reno the Monday after the floods and were lucky enough to have no flood damage. Although he had many people relying on him to make their homes livable, he nonetheless took great care of us and our home. His followup has been commendable and we were nothing but over the moon with the finished product. I would definitely use Dan and his crew again in future projects.

Very Happy overall. It was very important that the work was done on time and it was. Communication was great. I have already recommended Enchant Management to many people and will continue to do so.

Dan and his crew were always on time and work was completed according to schedule. We appreciated the attention to detail and that the stayed on budget. Dan and his crew came in and tore down my old deck and built a new 26x15 deck including the stairs to the backyard that could withstand a barndance. Have been so happy and satisfied with his work that dan has been back to build a shed in my backyard and done work in my house since. I would not hesitate to refer anybody to dan with his above quality workmanship and competived pricing.

wow!!! enchant mgmt really helped me out of a bind. i needed windows istalled in a residence and another contractor went out of business on me. Enchant mgmt helped out huge by installing them the next day as temperatures were minus 20 out. They were a lifesaver. The Enchant Management crew installed a full set of new windows and doors in my 50yr old home. Extremely happy with the whole job and how it turned out.

I recently had Enchant Management complete a bathroom in the basement of my 100 year old house. Needless to say, there were a few surprises and 'extras' that come with the age of the house but in the end, I have a good product, up to code and done with good quality. All of the guys that came in to do the work were kind, friendly, agreeable and hard working. Not once did a worker tell me that something wasn't possible. They all heard my ideas and would usually say "that's no problem" to any requests or changes I wanted. They stayed true to the budget/estimate and were very open about the costs for any changes or extras. The timelines got a bit stretched on occasion. Dan was pretty quick to respond to emails and would give helpful, detailed responses to all my questions. Overall, these are a great bunch of guys that do a great job! I recommend Enchant Management for any renovation needs.

There's little point in wasting words, so I'll get right down to brass tax. Dan and his team came into my house did the work quickly and well within the proposed budget. I have a few future projects for the property and I will be using Enchant Management for all of them without hesitation.

Dan has been very responsive to all my inquires (emails/phone calls). His workers were very polite and professional. They worked delingently.

Place was cleaned properly.

So far installation is excellent.

I engaged the services of Enchant Management to re-install a kitchen cabinet above my fridge (the cabinet needed to be raised to accommodate the height of the firdge).

They came and inspected the work to be done, provided a quote and then followed up with me twice to find out if I wanted to proceed witht he job. When I said yes they scheduled the job and came as promised. The two man crew were organized and prepared for the job, they kept the job site clean and thoroughly cleaned up afther the work was completed (both inside and outside the house). The work was done very well.

I would recommend Enchant Management to others and will use them again.

At the same time we hired Enchant we hired different contractors for another job ... the difference between the two was night and day!!

Dan and his team were courteous and respectful of our time and our home. They kept the job site clean and the quality of the jobs (complete renovation of two bathrooms) was excellent and very much appreciated by my husband and I.

Dan was readily available for questions and was always open to our ideas and suggestions.

Would I recommend Dan and his team to my friends and family ... hell yes! As a matter of fact he and his team have been hired to complete at least two more jobs, one for us and one for our daughter.

Dan was very helpful with suggestions as to how the modification could be done (to fit a new fridge) and then made a call and got me great deals on appliances -above and beyond what we had hired him to do.
