For 3 months we had looked for and and contacted at least 2 dozen landscaping companies to give us a free estimate to tear down and rebuild our landing and front steps which over the years was falling apart.
On their promise to get back to us with a quote we heard back from only 2 contractors. It seemed that the project was either to small (not billable for less than $50,000.).. Fortunately we came across the local Estate Builders ad and within a matter of hours we had a signed deal. From beginning to end which took 5 days, issues that arose were looked after and completed to our satisfaction immediately. We have recommended this company to friends and were hired.They are professional, hard working and looked after us when no one else would.

Quality is spot on. Workers were very conscientious as was the foreman. Work was done carefully and the clean up was very good. The pricing of the windows was excellent as was the quality. Had one issue with a window and once discovered the contractor moved quickly to have it corrected. Great service.
