Ican Construction built our dream home in the spring of 2016. Following our initial meeting with Ryan, we knew he was the right builder for us. He brought forth great ideas and also listened to our wants.
Ryan was and is always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. He takes great pride in his work. The attention to detail from the foundation to our finished home is second to none!!
Ryan ensures his sub-contractors share the same work ethic as he does. The quality of work, including prep and cleanup, are top notch!

We hired Ican Construction to renovate a 1600 square foot storey house in Westwood. The project was completed on time and on budget. The transformation was incredible; from a dated 1960's house to a modern family home. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Ryan and his team are wonderful to work with and their dedication to their craft shows in the amazing work they do. Ryan's focus on his clients is a breath of fresh air; he is quick to respond to and correct any concerns that may arise. The employees of Ican Construction are true professionals. I found them to be knowledgeable, highly skilled and most accommodating. They found solutions for all my issues. They arrived daily when they said they would and worked hard. The work performed was high quality and I am very happy with the final product. They are a proud group of workers who aim to please. They paid attention to the smallest of details. My reno looks fantastic. They promised to deliver the Wow and they did. I would recommend Ican to anyone doing a reno. We hired ICAN construction to renovate one of our bathrooms just before Christmas 2013. We were quite apprehensive to hire yet "another" construction company.
Ryan (owner of ICAN Construction) is a great communicator. He was attentive to our many concerns, willing to go the extra mile, always ontime and particular to details.
His work crew showed good attention to details, they were always on time, and showed great respect to our property and our family.
We are planning a few other Reno projects, and ICAN Construction is deffenetly the one company we would like to hire.
