A friend recommended Interiors With Elegance (IWE) to us for our renovation. We feel fortunate to have hired them.

Our project was on budget and largely on schedule. IWE maintained high quality standard and we are very happy with the final product.

IWE showed their capability, passion to the quality and professionalism throughout the planning, material selection and execution of the scope of work.

IWE paid attention not only to the apparent work scope but also to the details such as communication, site preparation and protection and daily cleaning.

It is very impressive that everyone including all the trades workers have been very courteous.

This was the 2nd time we hired Interiors With Elegance to work in our home, and they were just as excellent as the 1st time. It was a big project, and every aspect turned out in line with, or exceeding, expectations. Their people are top-notch, very skilled and a pleasure to work with. Interiors with Elegance recently renovated most of the main floor of my house. The work included an entirely new kitchen with custom cabinets, along with the family, dining, and living rooms, and removal of a wall. From day 1 working with IWE went as well as I could have hoped. From design to finishing the people I worked with were both professional and friendly. We were able to live in the house throughout the 4 month reno and it was clean at the end of the day regardless of the phase of the project.

My ideas were respected and options suggested where appropriate during the design phase. During the work I never felt pressured to make particular decisions and was given alternatives every time an issue arose. There were a few occasions where work took a bit longer than expected but this was always in the interest of doing things right, rather than hurrying for the sake of meeting the schedule. And the few minor things I wasn't fully satisfied with were fixed quickly and with no complaint.

I will be going back to IWE for further work in the future. Everyone who sees the end result is extremely impressed. A big thank you to Darrin, Eugenia, Jason, Steve and Wayne (as well as all the other people involved) for a great experience.
