Many more details are needed to give an accurate quote. Why don't you have a local contractor come in once you have chosen all your main fixtures, inc. cabinets and tile and have a rough sketch of what you imagine the en-suite to be. Your range might be $7,000. to $25,000. depending on what you want and need. What about site preparation before plumbing and electrical rough-in, new walls, doors and trim? A hands-on approach with a trusted contractor will bring it into focus.

Without a lot of details, an average price would be around $7500.00.

Hi,

With the information you offered Paul gave you the right range. Without proper plans, we have no idea what your real expectations are. You would need drawings for permits so the best thing to do is have it professionally designed and use the drawings to get accurate pricing. Just to give you an idea, I am doing an 80 square foot en suite right now and the materials alone are budgeted at 12,000.

Bathroom renos can vary depending on your choice of tile flooring and shower surround. As well there is a wide variety of choices in taps and hardware. A modest 4 piece will run you between 5,500 - 7,000.
