Throwback to 2017 when we hired Justin Fletcher for major Reno’s and took about 30k from us and disappeared without doing the work! Good times.
To keep it honest 30k was about 20% of the undone/run-away-Reno’s work. 5% was hilariously flawed. And the rest was actually really good.
He means well. He’s just not committed, unfocused, unorganized.

Well honestly i'm not sure where to start and i'm very surprised that i'm receiving this kind of a review especially from 5 years ago.
I was hired to renovate a complete basement. The work was completed and then i was hired for the top floor to renovate complete. that was also completed. I was re hired for some repairs on the first floor and that was completed as well. Now 5 years later i've never changed my address or both of my phone numbers, I was never contacted about this situation and now this! i'm lost for words. i would especially not write a bad review about someone from 5 years back and on top of it all the renovation were beautiful.
We are all human and to write my personal situation about me going through a family separation and being penalized because of it is completely not fair. I've worked very hard from the ground up with compassion and understanding for my clients so naturally i have to respond. Either way i really don't mind the bad Review because nothing in life is perfect.

The team were friendly and polite and worked fast and hard. During Covid times were very difficult to find someone to get this job done, grateful to come across Justin in Time. Great job and thanks to the team.

I have used Justin and team on several occasions over the last few years. Justin was recommended to me after a horrible experience with another contractor that ended in a court battle. My confidence and trust were at a low but Justin and his team renewed my faith that great contractors with good ethical practices and who do excellent work still exist. I have used him for small to larger scale repairs on income properties. His work is impeccable, his vision and ideas are unique. 10/10 recommend.

What a farce. Would not classify operation as professional.
546.13$ to patch (did not paint) and left job unfinished.
Mostly crew of plasters and painters.
If there was an issue you should have let me know. The tenants were difficult and wanted specific paint from a specific company and I was told this after the paint was purchased. Pricing is estimated on time travel time and where the job is.. Sorry you feel this way.

Excellent Service by Justin he made sure that the job was done correctly and neatly in a very good price. He’s a professional and he did everything in no time and the house was left clean after every visit. Now Just in time repairs is my go to place for any place. I would highly recommend him and I was very satisfied. He would go an extra mile just to do it the right way. We were really impressed and we were really happy with his work the damage was repaired so well that I can’t even tell anymore that there was a problem. He’s very honest and he knows what he’s doing excellent work.

As a blind homeowner I must say that I was very impressed with Mr. Fletcher‘s attention to detail and careful explanation of the services being provided . His descriptive narrative of the products to be installed help me to visualize what was going to be done

Justin did a great job, renovating our house with very reasonable price and in short time! He is very professional and looks into the details. He has a very good sense of design and works with passion. He even worked on the New Year eve to finish what he promised to do! He is a person that you can trust. Justin and his team are very serious in their work, on time and fast. I totally recommend him and am very happy with his work.

I initially hired Justin to put up a fence around my house. I was impressed with how quickly they accomplished the job. I later decided to hire him to merge two small bedrooms in order to design a spacious master bedroom and renovate my main bathroom. He did a fantastic job despite the surprises that came up during the renos. He adapted quickly and made great suggestions pertaining to decor. His attention to detail and his perfectionist attitude yielded a beautiful result. I wouldn’t think to hire anyone else for my home improvement needs.
