Cost to Install Deck Railings

Hi, I'm putting an exterior house renovation quote and will need someone to install deck railings for my client. The backyard deck is 20' x 12' and front porch is about 10' x 5'. Please see pictures attached for your reference. My clients want weather-resistant wood with black metal vertical bars. How much would it roughly cost?

Good afternoon.
I am in Saskatchewan and the prices vary from here to there. Something like that would cost about $3800 for material and labour for the railing.
That is a rough estimate.
