FREE ADVICE NEEDED?

Hi there i just downsized from a big home to a small bungalow and now i want to renovate my laundry room / furnace room in 1 ??? what i want to do is build a small kitchen into the laundry room and furnace room ... i want to box off the electrical panel, and the furnace ( build a wall) then i have a washer / dryer that i want to build in as well as some kitchen cabinets ,,, how do i go about doing this ,,, in europe and international countries people build kitchens with washer / dryer in it but how do i go about doing it myself ??? its a pretty small area with no windows so i need ideas from contractors like urselves ...
