3 season sunroom

Location is in Ottawa. I am considering a 3 season addition measuring about 155 sq ft. This would replace a deck that joins my garage and dining room, which are adjacent at 90 degrees. The intention is to tie into the garage roof line as an extension of the garage, with the structure to rest on a slab. While electrical is desired (outlets and overhead light), there is no requirement for heat. As it will be an extension of the garage, finish will be quite simple. A first quote, based on the description above but without a field inspection, was between 65K-70k. This is $430/460 per sq ft. Is this reasonable?

Hello,

This sounds a little bit on the higher side. I was thinking between 40-50k but I would have to see the blueprints for the job and pictures.

Hi Michael,

I must agree with Colin, this does sound a little on the high side.

Thanks,

Tim
