For our kitchen remodel, we need to have the doorway along a loadbearing wall, walled up and moved about three or 4 feet over from his current location on that wall, taking the place of the current pass-through. Header will remain in place. The result will be fewer openings on that wall. It will require shifting two studs and two cross pieces that now form the pass through. Essentially making that the doorway instead of the large opening on the left. That opening will be turned into a wall instead. Ceiling timber seen is faux. A header may be needed to close up the existing doorway. Advice required ASAP. Thank you.
