But based on the information provided, you should expect to be in the $60,000-$100,000.

A more accurate budgetary number/range can be given after a performing a site visit and obtaining additional information from you.

HI,

This is a vague question as there are many variable involved.

Roughly 50 - 80K sounds reasonable for a 300 SQFT addition. This would include drawings, permits, engineering, construction, finish.
