I have a patio on the back of my house that was build with the house in the 50s. It has a corrugated fiberglass roof panels that are old, discolor and dirty. We pressure washed it but it still looks pretty bad so I am thinking that maybe if I can paint the bottom part of it (the part we can see) it would look so much better. Is it possible to paint it? If yes, how can it be done and what are the right things to use?

You can paint it. Just go to an actual paint store and get there recomendations for primer and paint. However those panels are cheap and very easy to replace. It would be easier to replace and might actually be cheaper.
