Commercial steel framing, drywall and tape. Labour only price in SW Ontario

Hello, I've recently been asked to price a commercial job in SW Ontario but am kind of racking my brain as I have typically either done residential subbed or hourly in the commercial setting.
I would like to break into small commercial projects, its a 5000sq.ft. 9' ceiling height project and my portion would be just supplying labour for the steel studs, drywall and taping of the job.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated and thank you all in advance!

Base CA rates for drywall/tape start at $3.75 sq/ft (includes materials)...framing is from $6-$10 linear ft labor or $16-30/sqft labor (depends on what's involved)....Some guys also frame walls linear foot with drywall/tape, it is is usually from $30/ft and includes materials. Go with your usual formula for residential, it's not that much different and you want too get the job. There are extras as well to consider like: bulkheads? handling/delivery of materials, scheduling, debris removal etc. to add in.
