Any recommendation for legal service that are good and reasonable in filing construction lien?

I myself have a corporate lawyer but in a case if you don't go to the city get the address to plot plan and then you'll be able to attach a link to the property based on having a signed contract make sure that you're only leaning the monies that are owing that protects you and the client now in some cases leans have been removed if deline is big enough I would hire a lawyer and get them to do it hopefully this helps

If you were in Nova Scotia I have a great one. Best of luck - try real estate attorneys they are familiar with liens and usually reasonable
