I was told that as of September, 2023 that a contract license number must be displayed on all advertisement and invoices. Is this true?

Call city planning to get a firm answer, not surprised. I am interprovincial and Vancouver Island has some of the worse development bureaucracy in the country.

I know that is a requirement for Licensed Electrical Contractor (LEC) in Ontario; they must display their ECRA / ESA number.
I am not sure what the requirements are for BC and specifically Victoria.
