I have a 90 sq ft washroom with a tub, standing showe, vanity which needs to be torn out. Replaced with new tiles, frameless shower, new toilet, new vanity, free standing tub, new drywall for area where half wall tiles are removed.
I know it's difficult to quote price with materials as that can vary based on what we choose, but what is the labor cost for a project like this?
I would have to put something like this in the ball park of 5-7 thousand with all trades coming in.
Hi,
In a project like this size you will spend about $ 6000. That is demo, drywall, tile installation, plumbing and painting.
About $8000 including the building materials.
This should run you around $ 8,000 +/-. Just the glass for the shower will cost you at least $ 1,500. Check out Better Business. Bureau and or the Chamber of Commerce in your area for good Contractors.
Do your Homework.
Good evening,
We would quote you $6500.
Best regards.
Paul.
