How much to remove a chimney and fireplace which are in the center of the home, in Victoria, BC?

The cost of this depends on a few factors.
First the size of the chimney and the height
and slope of your roof. I'd advise that you get a minimum of 3 detailed Estimates, check
out the Companies your interested in. You may have to call at least 10 companies in order to get 3 Estimates. Structural , Insulation
and roofing are three main things you'll be looking for. You'll probably be looking at between $6 and $20 K depending on what you have.

Removing an old chimney is kind of not an easy job as some people imagine. Needs few thousands of $$
