Hello,

We have half bath/closet in our master that we want to convert to a full bath with a shower. It's just over 6ft wide and 7.5ft long.

What kind of cost am I looking at for a project like this?

Depending on what finishes you would like and if any structure needs to be changed you would looking between $7500 and $10000.

Hello,

Depending on the finish because of the wide options in the finish grade. 5000-7000.

Agree to what everyone is saying. Just under $10000.

I believe this could be done for under $5000 depending on location of closet, can it be converted directly to a tub and shower without moving toilet and vanity? Can additional drain be easily tied into existing plumbing? A few factors involved here that can drastically change the cost.

You are looking at approx $8-$10k, Supplied & Installed depending on fixtures and selections.

This bathroom in the attached photos was built from scratch and cost my client approx $10k supplied & Installed.
