We can not give you the right figures for such project unless we have all plans and specifications on place. However a very rough idea for such extension would be around $200-$300 / sqft.

Hi,

I build in Ontario, so material costs will differ slightly.

But you are looking at about 270,000.00 finished nicely. Not incredibly high end mind you. It is easy to spend 15,000.00 more on a bathroom with a few toys.

I am based in Langley, and James is right materials and more importantly labour do cost more here. $270K would be impossible. Project costs do vary wildly based on client selections. Rule of thumb estimates are pretty dangerous, we have 128 items on our estimation sheet, and most of them vary wildly from low to high again largely depending on client choice.
