Hi Dominique,

Here is what I will be charging for a project like yours, before taxes.

The price normally includes 1 single color per room, small drywall repairs, caulking where it needs, sanding between coats and a rough cleaning at the end of the work. Price also includes the plaster, the caulking, all the tools and labor required for the scope.

For a more accurate estimate, the painting company should look at the work at hand and discuss with you in details about your project. Because some times walls needs an extra preparation. Drastic color change may need a 3rd coat.Maybe there is some chair rails, high ceilings..old stipple ceilings that may need to be sprayed instead than just painted with a roller etc. Is the house for sale, rent or it will be a owner occupied home? I also recommend to call and get at least 3 Free estimates from reputables painting companies in your area.

2) Second floor : 750 and 880

3) Basement: 870 up and 1030

Ceilings 1 refreshing coat (for flat ceilings):

Main floor and 2nd floor: 520 and 820

Basement: 290 and 460
