Cost for renovation of two bedrooms?

I have two 12x10 ft bedrooms I would like to rewire (as have old knob and tube wiring (4 electrical and 1 light and light switch in each), replace 1 window in each, replace door to each, add insulation to outside facing walls and ceiling (1 outside facing wall in room 1 and 2 outside facing walls in room 2) and drywall, tape, mud and paint). Leaving floors and trim to later. What would a ballpark cost be?
This would be in the Caledon/Brampton area.
