Cost to build in NL (Newfoundland) - on land that is already owned

We were told by a worker at Kent to budget about $166 per sq ft, and that would include land, labor, and materials. Would that include all light fixtures/utility, finished kitchen/bathrooms, flooring and other finishings etc? Is anyone able to give me a price range from experience? We're looking to build about 1200 sq ft. An added expense for us in this location would be well and septic - does anyone know the additional costs for this?

I don't want to go over $200,000 on cost. But I don't want to get it finished thinking it would be $166 a sq ft when its a lot less and I could've built a bigger house, or had nicer finishings. Also considering building on slab instead of full basement, is this a big savings?

Note: Land is owned, about an acre - land is not cleared yet or leveled in anyway

PS: could we have this finished and move-in-ready by Christmas 2020?
