Driveway options

I purchased a new house last year (Detached 2 garages). One side of the driveway has a slope of only 0.76% (8 cm drop in 10.5 meters)...and the sidewalk is already below the curb. The other side has a 1.2% slope.... I know, it should be at least 2%.

Last winter the driveway was always covered with ice and a few times I had water coming in the garage.

What options do I have and how much would cost to fix this.

I would appreciate any comments. Thanks a lot
