House Addition (just S of Rice Lake)

We recently purchased a home in Alnwick/Haldimand which will require an addition to meet our family needs. Please look over the following info and if you service the area, I'd appreciate a ballpark and your info so I can contact you for a proper estimate at the property once we take possession in mid August.

-construction will need to begin within a few months

-the current home is a bungalow (brick exterior, +/- 20 years old)

-addition will add to the main floor, not as a second floor

-property is an acreage, there is lots of room to maneuver machinery. Not likely tree removal is necessary, but the property begins to slope upwards starting about 10' from the house.

-we need the following:

*400-500 sq ft addition which will be an inlaw suite (1 bed, 3/4 bath, kitchenette)

*4-season sunroom OR a room with a separate entrance off the main house (will be used as an exercise room) size would be approx. 10 x 10'.
