How do I insulate indoor pool house?

What and how do I insulate the walls and ceiling of a large indoor pool house in Ontario to prevent mould.

Spray foam is definitely you best option for something like this.

2lb closed cell spray foam.

The best and only way I would do it is to use spray foam 2lb, this has a built-in vapor barrier. It will never mold and will be the best insulation you can get. Hope that helps you thank you Jeff

Spray foam is definately the best option, but also the most expensive. If you want it cheaper, go with roxul, vapour barrier, denshiled drywall, and go with oil paint on walls and trim. If it is caulked and sealed up tight this can last a long time. We did one about six years ago and it still looks perfect.
