What % do contractors generally charge on a cost plus contract on a bathroom renovation?

Hi Lily,

Kyle from MPB Construction here. it really depends on the contractor, we typically avoid cost plus. However for information sake, when we do cost plus we typically charge between 20-30% on the cost of the sub trades, and then 25% on all materials.

Its hard to say, are you asking for how much someone usually charges per hour or are you talking about the cost of the material? Are you asking how much money they make on the job itself

For a bathroom renovation only it could be 25% minimum.
