My 2000 sq ft 37 year old bungalow on the river is moving. Attached garage seems to be pulling the home down at one end. Exterior doors are not closing properly. The 50 piles are failing to stabilize the home. What are my options?

I have been strongly considering terminating the concrete piles and replacing with the engineered screw piles. Any suggestions?

This is something you should contact a geo-technical engineering firm about. Even if you "fix" the piles, are they going to move again etc?

They can determine the cause as well as the fix.
