Office Repairs

My firm has just consolidated offices and we need to have repairs done at the old office before the end of the month. We need to:

(a) remove all white boards (approx. 5)

(b) fill all nail holes and other damaged drywall to a finished coat, primed and ready for paint, including but not limited to: holes in ceiling of basement furnace closet, basement kitchen from counter removal;

(c) Reinstall two office doors, one closet door 2nd floor and sliding closet doors in basement;

(d) Reinstall door closure basement kitchen;

(e) Reinstall or replace, as necessary, small baseboard heater;

(f) Replace any broken or missing light lenses;

(g) Reinstall or replace battery operated smoke detector 3rd floor;

(h) Replace removed etched-glass insert with frosted glass or plexiglass;

(i) Replace broken front door bell button and ensure bell is in good working order.

We need someone who can do this quickly and efficiently.
