Options to extend concrete slab deck

My home currently has a 5' x 20' concrete slab patio. The size makes it difficult to comfortably place furniture. I would like to extend the space by 7' making the useable patio space 12' x 20'. What are my options?

You would have to prepare the ground for the extension then form the added area, you will have to drill reinforcement rods into the existing slab to attach the two together. You can also put reinforcement in the new slab for strength. Then pour it and finish it to your preference.
