Need suggestions for paint colors for bathroom vanity and walls. Keeping the floors for now.

That's a very good question but,
Colours are a touchy subject, in short stick to the very neutral light shades and tones .
The bathroom is dated but a light tone will help with giving it a bigger feel, good luck.

It is dated and color is off. You have a lot of wood and light tile. I would stick to light earth tones or light neutral off white colors for re-sale.
