I have a contract to paint a 4 1/2 apartment with primer and 2 coats of paint. My customer will supply all the materials necessary.

Could anyone give me an estimate of roughly how much I should charge?

I would really appreciate it.

Thank you

Peter P.

Sounds like a "labor only" . Figure out how long it will take you to do it and your hourly/or flat rate and wal ah!

HI Peter,

Figure out how much you think your labor is worth, how long you figure it will take to do the job - leave some leeway for things that MIGHT go wrong and offer your price. You might also want to check out the going rate in your area for painters.

Hopefully this job will lead to the offers.

Good luck from Nova Scotia !
