Physical therapy clinic interior refresh

Hello,

We are planning to do some freshening up of our physical therapy clinic interior. Here are the work our budget allows us to do:

1) Lay down new vinyl flooring

2) Repaint treatment room doors and casings and back gym area (if necessary to upgrade the look)

3) I hope to use the same baseboards but add either a quarter round or the SM-01 shoe mould in the link below against the baseboards over the new vinyl tiles. Open to changing baseboard, if needed.

I'm really hoping for advice and ideas to update the current cosmetics:

1) What color/design of vinyl tiles will match the current wall color?

2) Do I need to replace current door casings and baseboards to upgrade the look and feel of the clinic?

3) Do I need to replace current doors and casings color to upgrade the look and make it look better in photos?

4) What can I do on the wall behind the receptionist chair to make the front of the clinic more inviting and attractive?

5) What kind of window coverings are not too expensive but would look better than the current ones?

6) Is there any way to rearrange the reception area to optimize the flow and feng shui of the clinic?

7) We are going for a warm, welcoming and calming feel in the reception area and treatment rooms and we have a small gym area in the back (I think we should go for an energizing feel here?).

Since our total clinic space is around 1300 sq ft, would it look good to have two different colors in the gym area and the rest of the clinic space?
