We're looking for Contractors AND Homeowners that are involved in a renovation gone bad, where talks have stalled and it seems as if there's no resolution.
If you're a contractor and feel that a homeowner is being unreasonable, unwilling to cooperate, unable to be satisfied, and / or won't pay their bill, we want to hear from you.
If you're a homeowner that feels you've been raked over the coals by a contractor, received a sub-standard job for what you've paid for, or feel you're being ripped off, we want to hear from you too.
A professional contractor and mediator will arrive to inspect the job, review the plans and contracts, pricing, demands, requests, and find out where, when and why the wheels fell off, and bring in a crew to help put them back on.
The goal will be to resolve the conflict, pay up where payment is do, finish an unfinished job, and leave each party with new skills, knowldege and an idea of what's involved on both sides of the tape measure!
