Hi guys,

I just want to know how much it would cost to tear down an old house, dig and built a new foundation, then build a new two story detached house? Appreciate your response.

Thanks

The very rough estimate for your inquiry are as follows:

Demolition:- $20-35K

Build: $200-$300 / sqft

We built this beauty for 230$ per sq/ft - all in, includes project, demo and a full finishes with basement.

3800 sq/ft total- 874.000+hst construction cost.

Original lot was purchased for 950.000. House is for sale appraised at 3.300.000

Do the math yourself.

Hi there, so the 230 per sq ft estimate includes the demolition? What if we just want the building foundation, second floor framing and roof only, how much it would cost per sq ft for a 2500 sq ft framing? House frontage is 48 x 140 lot.
