It was not clear from your posting if you are enquirying about the repair to a basement or in fact renovating a basement. In either case, there are many elements that can impact the cost of renovating a basement such as materials, intended uses ie bedrooms/bathrooms, electrical requirements, etc. It would be best to post your project here on handycanadian and provide as much detail as possible and include a floor plan with dimensions if possible. You can request preliminary on line estimates for establishing your initial budget, but it is always preferred to arrange for an on site visit and project review in order to receive a detailed scope of work and estimate.

The best way to go about this is to post an ad on the site and get a few contractors to come out and evaluate the project so a proper estimate can be given. Right now it is hard to tell what you are looking for.
