Wall between crawl space and main basement

Should this wall which is between the main basement and the crawlspace have a vapour barrier installed? The crawl space has 2 " stryofoam insulation along the entire perimeter wall with a thick membrane encapsulating the entire space from the rim joist down. The wall on the basement side has been framed and has Tyvek along with 2 layers of Roxul Comfort batt. On the other side (crawl space side) of the wall, there is only the membrane.

Would anyone have any advise or comments as to whether I should place a vapour barrier or not. I am stuck and did not wish to proceed without asking the members for advise.

Thank you.
