Hey there I do home renovations been in business for a few years now but last year I felt like i took a bit of a hit due to the increase in cost of materials so im kinda of doing a revamp this year and im wondering what are everyones labour cost at for the following:
Flooing Install
Tile Install
Framing
Drywall install
Mudding Taping
Painting
Trim Work
Misc. Labour cost
As it is now it is just me working by myself however I want to hire someone in the near future so I would like to know how much exactly to charge for that as well, a mentor would be great. lol

Not enough!! LOL! we are all taking hit and the consumer is hard pressed with current inflation. You have to set a absolute min! that makes it worthwhile to start the truck and then leverage with clients to fit their budgets. Most trades are $100 and up these days but that does not mean they are closing contracts.
