We charge $950 for labour to remove and re-install a new tub.

Usually, you have to re-install at least a new row of backer board and new tiles.

That's extra.

If you need new plumbing, that's extra.

If you need to break the ceiling below and repair it, that would also be extra.

We charge $750 to remove and replace a bathtub( labour cost) bathtubs at Rona range between 255- 1000plus depends on the tub you want a decent one is about 300

Removing and replacing a bathtub involves the tub and the surround. Labour and materials can range from 2k for very basic to 5k for really fancy. Beyond that, you should change out the taps and may have to repair the walls outside the tub surround meaning painting the bathroom. The new tub likely wont be the exact size of the old tub so the flooring may have to be redone.

Impossible to answer, since there are too many varables......new ceramic tile on walls/ceilings

New cement board

New taps/showerhead/body sprays

Hand held sower and rain head

Deep fiberglass tub

1/2 tempered glass door.

Or rod and curtainrod/curtain

Upstairs or on the main floor

As you can see, the possibilities are endles and you can spend anywhere from $2,500.00 to $10,000.00......depending on yor budget.

I realize this does not help much, but more details are needed.
