The company called Orange finished out interior cement floor with clear epoxy four years ago. There are now white spots coming through. Can these be covered or touched up?
probably salts or other minerals coming out of concrete, this is normal and not due to the surface. Concrete is pourus and will continue to let ground moisture seep out its lifetime. Nothing can be done without removing the coating and redoing the sections. A spot repair might be possible. It will likely just keep happening if it is seepage. Many new products are just that, new, and really do not guarantee half what they say + they will have 10 pages of disclaimers on warranty (like life time shingles?LOL). In my opinion, concrete should just be done with a really good concrete paint and then it can be touched up easily and cheaply in future. Contact the manufacturer (not installer) of the coating and see if they have options for repairs?
