Who to hire for room decoration?

Hi,
It's hard to find someone to just decorate a couple of rooms because everyone seems to only do large jobs, basement renos, bathroom, etc.
What kind of contractor do we hire to decorate a spare bedroom from finishing the hardwood to putting in new closet doors, painting, baseboards etc and another room with similar idea?
Only looking for suggestions at this time.

Hi Lisa,
Generally speaking if you are looking for someone to do small scale work, rather than looking for a contractor, you are better off finding a reputable handyman in your area. They tend to be more whilling to perform small tasks and are (sometimes) more affordable.
