Do you have it in writing what they were to install, if so ask them to put I'm what you agreed to as per you contract

With Builders YOU can ONLY win if you have in BLACK and WHITE. (.) Read carefully that if the same color is not available then Builder is free to change close to that color and design of same value and spices.
Builder can give equivalent or higher value material.
