I am thinking about renovating my bathroom and kitchen. First in the kitchen the stove and sink would have to be moved, I would like a wall taken down, to make the livingroom and kitchen one open space I would need new flooring in the Livingroom and Kitchen perferable wood Laminate, I would also need new cupboards and counter top. It is not a large space around 448 square feet both livingroom and kitchen together. Would would the estimated cost of something like that cost? I am not looking at top of the line.
For the bathroom it would be new sink and tub. I think the plumbing is not the greatest for the bathtub, new tile ceramic perfered. again not top of the line. What would the cost of something like that be?
Hi Patricia,
Kitchens and Bathrooms have the most variance in cost of renovating than any other room in the house. It would be best for you to post this job in the projects section of this site for contractors in your are to see and contact you.

HI Patricia
Ray is correct in that it would be best for you to post your project here on the site with as much detail as possible. There are many variables that can impact the cost.

Hello Patricia,
Glenn is correct there are many variables that could impact the costing of this project, ie.exact measurements, where current appliance center lines are located and if we intend on moving them, how far we move...you get the idea.
However there are many things I can help you with, ie.cabinets, c-tops, installation vs. supply only. I do only work in the Edmonton region but could connect you with another colleague closer to you.
best regards,
