Our concrete to the main entrance of our home is cracked and leaking into our cold cellar.
We need to repair it, but unsure of what we could do to not have to replace the whole patio.
Thanks
Hi Angie, We can't see what you are seeing so have no way of giving you an answer. Posting some pictures may help but the best bet may be to put your requirements in the "post your project" section so you can get some local contractors to have a look and offer some solutions.
This would also apply to your other post "stucco ceilings". In general, replacing the drywall is fairly simple but you may find other damage from the leak that should be addressed before you cover it all back up again. Matching an existing stucco is extremely difficult and you may find that scraping the rest off and going with a smooth ceiling is actually the easiest. The other alternative would be to replace the drywall in the affected area and stucco the entire ceiling. Both are pretty messy procedures.
Good Luck with it!
