Cold room needs to be converted to storage. We had it treated for mold and I am sick of the smell coming from it! Would like an estimate

I know it can be done, we would like an estimate. Cold room conversion to storage. House is 8yrs old, I would never have a cold room installed again, nothing but problems!

Yes it could definitely be done and yes mold treatment is essential, seams like you know what needs to be done.

1st treat mold issue...you have moisture getting in somewhere. Then build frost walls , insulate, vapor barrier and drywall, lights etc...last one I did 8x8 ran $7,000 all inclusive without demo.
