Cost for a liner for a wood stove insert, and cut through wall to put in another chimney liner

How much does it cost to put in a liner for a woodstove insert in a brick chimney? Also, how much does it cost to cut through a wall and put in another chimney liner through the basement wall?

We want 2 woodstoves in our home. We have a chimney we can add an insert in and we also want one in the basement that has no pre-existing chimney. We live in Warkworth, ON. How much to have it installed and WETT certified?
