How much does it cost for a steam shower bathroom in an unfinished basement?

Bathroom area is 80sf. need custom steam shower toilet and vanity. Only framing is done. nothing else. no rough-in. location is near the furnace and electrical panel. I'm wondering the cost of labour? and the range of labour?
