KP Construction completed a rehabilitation/addition/renovation on two(2) municipal parking lots I led. The projects involved complete stripping and removal of existing material and installing new proper aggregate, asphalt complete with newly formed concrete bases and installation of new lighting poles. This work also included building new parking lot over existing negative areas to accommodate additional capacity of the nearby facilities with new concrete curbs and walkways. The projects involved a lot of electrical trenching and work.
Overall KP's performance has been exceptional. They delivered on the intended scope within the approved budget and schedule. Dealing with Manny and Chris has been a treat as it is hard to find contractors with the same zeal and commitment they have to perform the way they did. I would recommend them for your next project.

We have recently completed our office renovation (from base-building) of which KP Construction was the General Contractor. They were courteous, communicative, and in general, did a great job. Any hiccups along the way, as is typical for renovations, were reasonably sorted through. Their workers made it through the project, which was contained in an existing office building, with very few problems. I would use KP Construction again for our next project and recommend them to others. The company is hungry to establish its brand as one known for quality and reliability and I'd say they are well on their way.

I liked the fact that KP arranged for us to see all the suppliers to select the features that we wanted upgraded. They repeated this over and over as we had to change our selections for various reasons. I liked the service they provided. I recommend them to anyone needing their services.

KP Construction was incorporated in 2017. Our founding partners are Professional Engineers with over 30 years of combined experience in the Engineering and Construction Industries.

We present our plans for review and approval before moving forward. We have a great deal of experience with dealing with City Inspectors, ESA, TSSA, Etc. All of our work is always performed to the latest codes and reviewed by our engineers.

| Warranty | Warranty KP Construction will convey to the Client any warranties by manufacturers or suppliers on individual materials, products or systems supplied by the Contractor under this Agreement. KP Construction will undertake to resolve any warranty issues for one year from the date of Substantial Completion of the "Work" for a particular Project performed pursuant to this Agreement. KP Construction shall correct, at its own expense, any defects in the "Work" due to faulty materials and/or workmanship pursuant to this Agreement for a period of one (1) year from the date of Substantial Completion of the "Work" for the particular Project. At the Final Completion stage of the project, KP Construction and the Client will inspect the "Work" together to ensure there are no defects at that time. The Client shall give KP Construction written notice of such defects within a reasonable time and as soon as they become aware of said defect within the warranty period. |
